1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product is broken or damaged upon delivery.
  • Customers must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Proof of damage (clear photos or videos) must be shared with our customer support team for verification.

2. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide order details along with photo or video proof of damage.
  3. Once the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement product.
  4. The replacement will be delivered within the standard delivery time frame.

3. Conditions for Exchange

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • No exchanges will be accepted for minor variations in color, texture, or design due to screen/display differences.
  • We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet our policy requirements.

4. No Refund Policy
