- Exchanges are only accepted if the product is broken or damaged upon delivery.
- Customers must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Proof of damage (clear photos or videos) must be shared with our customer support team for verification.
2. Exchange Process
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide order details along with photo or video proof of damage.
- Once the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement product.
- The replacement will be delivered within the standard delivery time frame.
3. Conditions for Exchange
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- No exchanges will be accepted for minor variations in color, texture, or design due to screen/display differences.
